• Enrollment is on a first-come-first-served basis and are processed in the order received.

• New Academic Year application opens on January 1st at 8am, almost nine months prior to the start of the academic year.

• Enrollment Decisions for the new year are typically sent out in early May if the application is received before March 1st. Applications are automatically waitlisted after March 1st until a spot becomes available

• All Primary and Elementary Children must be fully independent with feeding, dressing, napping, & toileting (bathroom-independent)

• Children cannot enroll at age 5 in Primary without at least one year of prior AMI Montessori classroom experience.

• Elementary Enrollment (ages 6-12) requires additional admission steps.

• Extended Care:

Before-care: 7 am to 8 am ($5/hr)
After-care: 4pm to 5pm ($5/hr)

School hours:

Open Hours: 7am-5pm

Montessori Program Period: 8am-4pm

Non-refundable $100 Registration fee (submitted with the registration form)

Payments

Deposit: A deposit (2-week tuition value) payment is due once your child is offered a spot and once you sign the enrollment agreement. This deposit request will be sent via BrightWheel and will ultimately go towards the last two weeks of tuition upon end of enrollment.

Tuition Payments: Bi-weekly payments will start 4 weeks before your child’s first day of school.

CHILDCARE SCHOLARSHIPS

Aya is a Maryland Excels Program, recognized for its commitment to high-quality child care and early education. This participation allows us to accept CCS Vouchers from the state (MD Child Care Subsidy Vouchers) for ages 2-5 for families who qualify.
